About Us

Marie Dooley
Marie Dooley who will ensure our customers are well looked after. Marie has a strong and committed team working with her. Everyone who works at the le Voyage believes in attention to detail, great customer relations, friendly service, and support for each other. One of the most important philosophies behind the business is that standards must be maintained: what is good today has to be good, or better, tomorrow.

Christian Pozimksi
Christian Pozimksi learned his basic cooking skills in a Gourmet Restaurant in Germany and worked for 3 years as Sous & Head Chef on Cruise Ships around the World. For the last 6 Years Christian worked in Hotels around Cork including. The Kingsley Hotel, Blarney Golf Resort, Cork International Airport Hotel and in Jury’s Hotel on Western Road in Cork.

David Espagnat
David Espagnat learned his basic cooking skills in le Pont de l Ouysse a Michelin Star Restaurant in France who he travelled with for a French Cuisine Promotion to Singapore, Manila and Seoul. He also worked as Sous & Head chef in Buda Bar in Andorra and Maison Novelli in London. In the last 4 Years David worked in Sheen Falls Hotel Kenmare, Jury’s Hotel Cork, Cork International Airport Hotel and Castlemartyr Resort.
